Here’s my Little Bliss List for this week:
1. I actually had time to read something for myself this week. Feeling very inspired right now!
2. Hanging out with some girlfriends at a jewelry party. We had such a great time of laughing! I think I said, “I have to go now!” about 25 times but kept staying because we were having so much fun. Need more of those moments just to relax and laugh.
3. Reading 20 million (okay, maybe 10) books to Luke each night before bed. Being a Reading teacher, this makes my heart sing. 🙂
4. Very thankful that my husband doesn’t expect a 5-course meal every night for dinner. He’s happy with grilled cheese and tomato soup.
What’s on your Little Bliss List?

I love that you’re a reading teacher! What grade? Please share your kid book recommendations some time!
Sure Jen, I’ll do that sometime!
Wow – you even created your own Little Bliss List image. How great! And, ummm, I want to go to there. LOVE your list and so glad you’re on board!
Thanks. I’m slowly learning how to use Photoshop Elements. This picture is actually from my 10th anniversary last summer to Jamaica. So much fun!
Hi Heather! I’m visiting from BBTL.
I think that reading and books are one of the best things ever! How awesome that two of your four items are reading related, and that you are a reading teacher. Yay you!
One of my majors in college was English, and I actually miss required reading. I really need to join another book group; without a deadline it falls too low on the to do list. I did just get a Kindle that I drop in my bag whenever I leave the house; little slices of reading in stolen moments are better than nothing!

reading a pile of books to my lovies snuggled into bed
warm and clean……thanks for sweet memories stirred.
your bliss is absolutely beautiful:)
more and more joy to you,
Jennifer
Pure bliss in a book! Happy reading!!
I loved reading to my little ones before bed – a routine we both looked forward to. My son would ask me to cuddle in his bed and read to him long past when he was able to read himself. He liked to “us” time, as did I.
Reading for my own pleasure is a real treat! I only seem to do that when I’m on vacation though… But there is always time to read with the grandsons, those moments are special.
This week my hubby had plenty of soup too. I know his bliss list will include an actual dinner made tonight!
These are all delightful reasons to have bliss!
